- All articles should be the original work of the author and not published elsewhere.
- The average length of articles should be between 7,500 and 10,000 words in length (including footnotes).
- Biographical details should be starred (*) and precede the footnotes. They should include the author’s academic qualifications and current affiliation.

- Content:
- An abstract of between 150-200 words should also be included with the submitted article.
- Articles should be written using British English. The editorial board also encourages authors to submit a translation of the abstract in the author’s native language (if it is not English) so that it may be published on the journal website so that the author’s work may reach a more linguistically diverse audience.
- Authors are expected to check the accuracy of all references in the manuscripts before submission.
- Pages should be numbered sequentially, including appendices, if any.
- Authors should use the Oxford Standard of Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA) for referencing. Refer:

If the submitted article is accepted by the Editorial Board and the reviewers, it will be published in the Journal and will also be made available online.
